Your vision statement inspired me. Instead of critiquing yours, I wrote one of my own. I think it vital to see lots of different vision statements. I will not be the same person or have the same vision after reading a number of them. There is an iterative process of growth here. In my vision I put in a mechanism for reaching the vision. I'm not sure vision can be separated from the steps to get there. I hope you enjoy the attached.
